The Roller Coast

My brothers Pák and Peti took me to Cedar Point today. We rode many roller coasters, including the Corkscrew, the Gemini, the Blue Streak, the Mean Streak, the Raptor, the Iron Dragon, and the Maverick.

I had not ridden a roller coaster in many years, so I was more nervous than I used to be. I ended up enjoying all the rides, except that I did skip one. Pák and Peti rode the Millennium Force without me. It is a very tall roller coaster, and I realized that it was height that made me the most nervous.

They sat in the first row, so you can see them in this shot near the end of the ride. I wasn't sure when to expect them as the trees were blocking my view. There was a small bird sitting on the track. When it suddenly flew away, I had a feeling that they were not far behind.

You can't see them as well in this upside-down shot, but you can see Peti's arm sticking out of the first car.

We had a fun day, but were tired and ready to go after many rides.

As we were walking to the car, we turned around to look at the park, and saw that the weather was changing again. We felt that we had chosen the right time to leave!
