My birthday morning

I was so excited to open my presents that I surprised Mummy by being dressed and having my bed made before she even woke up! Even so, we had to have breakfast first.

Mummy and Daddy gave me the Rainbow Fairies set of Rainbow Magic books by Daisy Meadows. I wasn't familiar with these books, but they came highly recommended by my friend Marina. We have already read the first two chapters of the first book, and I didn't want Mummy to put the book down.

They also gave me a butterfly nightgown and a monkey nightgown. I usually wear pajamas, but asked for some nightgowns for a change. I love the ones they bought me, but I've already packed them to wear in Cleveland next week.

Auntie Tracey sent me a book of princess stories and a bumblebee skipping rope. Grandma and Grandad sent me a handbag and sunglasses and two pretty tops. They were all such great surprises!

Alexander was a good sport, helping me open my presents. He was happy that Grandma and Grandad sent him some sunglasses so that he could open a gift for himself too.

I was so excited when I opened his present: Littlest Pet Shop figures and a play set! I've been telling everyone that it's what I wanted the most, but I was so happy to actually hold it in my hands. I was so upset with Mummy when she wouldn't let me buy it at Walgreen's. Little did I know that Alexander had already bought and wrapped it for me!

All I wanted to do was play with the Littlest Pet Shop toys until it was time to go to school!

I would love a butterfly nightie just like that I wonder can I get one in my size.

Thanks for the tip on the Rainbow Fairies books, I bet Aoife would love them too and she has a birthday on the 26th.

Everyone admires my new butterfly necklace. I have put it on everyday since I got it. I LOVE it,

Leona
